Technology description:
1) RAW MATERIAL PREPARATION:

Raw material cleaning: storage standards
Pre-grinding: up to 1 ... 3 mm
Fat content at the inlet: min 2.5%

2) CONDITIONING:

Raw material heating: 70 ... 90 °C
Moisture input: max 60 kg / hour
Fat input: max 5 kg / hour

3) ExtruSION:

The feedstock is conveyed forward by the screw inside the extruder barrel. Under the high shear it is compressed, mixed and heated
up to 100 ... 110 °C
The product is expanded right at the die surface

• PDI - min 50 units
• protein content - min 45%
• fiber content - max 5%

HUMIDITY OF RAW MATERIALS:

Optimum moisture of raw materials:
10 ... 15%.
